Great illustration! As a teacher of mine said,"If you can't put pencil to paper, then what's the point?"

Thanks for the nice comment. Your challenger looks good. There is a big difference in drawing style between your challenger drawing and your camero drawing. Your personal style will develope over time. I try to stay away from drawing lines. If I do draw a line, I try to smuge it with a paper stump. I am going to draw a camero soon.

I generally use graphite pencils, grind the graphite on a peice of fine sand paper, use a paper stump to apply the graphite to the paper. I use cotton balls to apply light tones, building them to medium and then put the 6b to 8b pencil to the paper for a dark tone. Use a pencil eraser to smooth out the dark black. The eraser will build up graphite and then smooth the dark instead of erasing it. I hope that makes sense. Here is what I am talking about.

Thanks, I say draw any car you like. I don't draw cars, this is the first one, I did enjoy drawing it, so I think I want to draw a new camero. I saw one at the dealership I think I will go and photo it.

This is a gorgeous drawing! I'm pretty much a Ford person, but I think I could make myself drive this car!

OMG! I love this. My dad has a 2008 Dodge Daytona Charger in Hemi Orange. I drew his car but I think I might redo it.
This is absolutely amazing work.
