I remember the days I started using photoshop to color my lines (it was 4.0 bac then..) My few very first digital coloring jobs were made on a computer with 64Mb of ram... and today there would be no way I'd go under 1.5 Gb ram...
I hope things work out well for you and that you'll have access to a good computer soon

lol ya... I think i first started working on 5.o LE and on a gateway from 2000 running on windows 98 xD I know the computer only had like 10 Gb of hard mem. but Ram wise I think it was like 128 Mb or something... I don't know how I managed to make these [link] and [link]
My old skool compy wasn't as bad as yours... but hell, lol do remember getting the blue screen of death quite often

lmao! the blue screen of death was killing me almost everyday!
and back then, if you crashed photoshop by not having enough ram, it would just close without even letting you save..
I had a few heart attacks because of this.. lol
