It was just an option in the 'manage members' section.
When opening the 'all administrators' section I found this

But what I needed to do was open up the 'show all folders' since for some reason the default is 'Are not allowed'

I just switched it to automatically approved and thats the problem solved ^_^

I think only the founder can play around in the manage members section so dont worry about it xD
