So this is my entry for the Obscure Soldier/Senshi contest being held by A brand new Sailor Scout OC to join my others

Any way so here we have Sailor Hesperus,
Scout of the Evening Sky,
The Veil of Twilight.

So yes now for the description!

Anyway so as you can see her main color is Mazarine Blue. A blue reminiscent of night. Behind her a trail of power drifts Dustily, each light the warmth of a single heartbeat. Her Symbol which appears on both the jewel in her compact, the jewel on her tiara as well as her staff, is an old glyph for the number Four(Its the symbol in the bottom center of the piece just for reference). Her staff is known as the Badious Star Lantern, the lantern staff holds the Badious Star Flare Crystal. It contains the essence of the stars, it "flares"with warm badious light. On the lantern are four gold Ephestia moths, which also happen to be her icon (sorta like how Super Sailor Moon's symbol is a Butterfly, same thing) Her Boots have stylized golden wings (a form of Talaria aka Hermes's sandles) Giveing her the ability to fly as well as makeing her fast, and swift as a bird. Her "Skirt" is light and translucent having a slight gradient to it reminiscent to the sky as well as the wing, her hair color and even name are all allegory to the sky, because she is a priestess highly skilled in the art of Chaomancy, (also the background is of clouds meant to symbolize this aspect)

She has a back story and even a Partner Scout, Its impossible for me to make a OC and not give them some story.
