Description
Brighid is a sun goddess, symbolised by the sun wheel, whose flame of purification serves her as a fire goddess of hearth and home. In addition she is a Goddess of the threshold, of the gates between this world and the Otherworld. Thank you so much for taking the time to critique my work, your comments have been really helpful. I struggled to integrate all the stock elements when I made this as I lacked the skills and the knowledge to know what I was doing. The mist was part of the original stock image of the archway and remained untouched. Thanks to your helpful advice I can now go back and edit it.

It's marveless how you have combined all those different images into your art! One could believe it was made in one piece!
This makes me wonder even more how there can be people who claim photomanipulation wasn't art.

Thank you so much for your lovely comments. I'm still learning to use photoshop and make manips. I can't paint or draw which is why I use it. I downloaded a free trial from adobe and followed some online tutorials to get started. All the pieces on here-including this one- were made by playing around with stock images and textures and experimenting with the settings in photoshop.
