I was afraid the final pic would look too grey, but when I tried to adjust it and bring out the whites and blacks, I also noticed I was losing some details, so I didn't really change anything in the end... C:

I'm not sure you can tell she's blonde, with the fact it's a black and white portrait-thingy, but when I tried to make the hair lighter, it looked too "bright", for lack of better words...
