How does this work?
I see you do dem alot. ^^

Oh well hmm let's where to start well.
#1 If you ever wish to make a one of these all you do is use the Template which I have right here (Rummages through a massive bag) ah here we are: wolfblade111.deviantart.com/ar⦠all you do is download it and the right click it and the use Save As and then it should be in your Downloads.
#2 If you have either MS Paint or Photoshop use one of them if you don't have Photoshop then use MS Paint it works pretty good you just have to get the hang of it is all anyway once in Ms Paint go to what is a small clipboard and then click on it and it will have Past and Paste From use the latter as it will allow you to take your downloaded image (I.E The Template) and then once you've selected it you will have it in MS paint now for the next step.
#3 Now this one I found out the hard way and I thought I would never be able to figure it out so what you do is if you want to get an image on to the Template all you do is bring up a SECOND Ms Paint Window this comes in really handy trust me. Anyway just google whatever characters you want on google search and then just view the image and then copy and paste it to your second MS Paint Window and this is where it gets kinda tricky.
The Clipboard I mentioned is what you have to us a lot of the time you press Paste this time and that will bring up the Image that you copied then you go to the little thing known as Crop it's right next to the clipboard but first you have to Press select in order to use it (I don't know why) then you press select all and that allows you to use Crop and this is pretty easy here all you do is go over the face of the character you have up and then you press Cut this is right beside The Clipboard and it will put the image on it so you can go to the Window where the template is.
So to finish it you just press the clipboard again and you'll get your image and then you just drag it to the slot on the Template and there you go just click away from the image and you there you have it.
Oh and one thing you should know about the save system for MS Paint I don't know if it's the same for yours but mine when I save sometimes it will have the image back in my downloads instead of in Ms Paint I don't know why but oh well.
Anyway sorry that was so long but it takes a lot to do it but it's easy once you get the hang of it I would recommend messing around a bit so you can get the idea. But I hope that helps and also there fun to do.
