Looking for suggestions: I love the face expressions but you should put the ears lower and work on Katniss's lips, you are amazing at drawing eyes and hair and colouring (all of which I suck at by the way)
Not looking for suggestions: Love the series! I am such a HG Trilogy nerd! I am now re-reading the series for a third time lol (when will I get a life?) BWAHAHAHA! *back to serious face* This is amazing great job! Like how you shaded the noses and the hair is great! Keep at it!

Well, that all depends on if you like digital art or pencil crayons! I can give you tons of tips for both, but I think I'm a lot better with digital.

Hmm... with colour pencils... for hair, it's good to do three layers of colour, starting with the lightest first, where the light hits the hair I always erase it to create a glossy feel. For skin, just colour normally, but when you're shading, use a lighter orange, and then a darker one, depending on how dark the shadows are. Hope that helps a bit
