its a uniform thats what.

Ok some things since me shiny and smorty have been working on stuff with the hunters, The more details on the cloak (and sometimes gloves), the higher the rank. (details on gloves are high than people who dont have it on their gloves I think? dont quote me on that lmao). BUt yea Shawl is actually a high ranked monster hunter haha. Story wise he seems to work rather close to Helsing, though with his sudden appearence in the hunter group with such a high rank, no one really knows *why*, at least not the people who are a much lower rank do.

(Story might change a bit we are still working stuff out with the hunters and shawl lol)
