Double meaning Title 8DGargoyles fanart! (watch this show if you haven't!)
Goliath/Elisa as per the episode "The Mirror" when she gets turned into a Gargoyle temporarily and Goliath shows her how to glide...on a magic carpet ride *getsbricked*
Done in Flash! Colors and lighting adjusted in Photoshop. Quick and messy! Was fun.
Although Gargoyle!Elisa was gorgeous and fun, I actually am glad that she stayed Human. Half of the beauty in Goliath's and Elisa's relationship rests on the simple fact of their differing species, and how they look beyond it and try to make it work.
I'm not dead! I am just sososososo busy with work. I find it hard to draw when I get home when I've been drawing all day at work.
I know there's a lot of things I should be obligated to update and draw, but this is just for fun, and I wanted to try a different style. I work with Flash all the time at work doing bg's, so I'm a lot more comfortable with making complete illustrative pieces in it now. The more you learn!

OH GOD, this was such a magical moment and you've captured it perfectly. While I've always loved the gargoyle/human dynamic between Elisa and Goliath, I still very much wish in part that Elisa could have become a gargoyle or at least remained one for longer to actually appreciate it for what it was. However, that remains a dream and you've allowed me a moment to reminisce. Yeah, I share the sentiment that I still can't believe something this awesome has the Disney name stamped on it. Older Disney stuff was always so much more darker and serious- none of this carefree rainbows sunshine and unicorn bullshit they're throwing out into the mainstream these days. Thanks for allowing shippers like me to enjoy this couple ALL OVER AGAIN! You're a saint! *worships*Β

Brilliant! I love the expressions, Goliath amused (and a little smug?) and Elisa highly uncertain. Love the angle of it too, coming up through Elisa to Goliath and then to the moon. It feels very dynamic. The background is also cool (especially the clouds). I just generally love this piece

I've watched Gargoyles 2 months ago for the first time and was extremely impressed for too many reasons. Was also a little bit sad that I never grew up with this show.
