Yuppers I went and watched it last night! =] It really is amazing. I was just watching in total awe! I don't know how you have the patience to do something like that... I start off on photoshop and give up halfway through xDD

thank you it has mostly to due with learning how to breath, slowing your breathing calms down your anxiety making your work be more fluid and focused.
