She was the girl on the right of the picture "road to Zhenshu" artwork. Her umbrella was covering her, but now she is revealed
Aside from story, while working on "road to Zhenshu" as you noticed, her model was default genesis 8 character.
Now i modelled her by myself.

When I first saw it I thought Photo, 10000 iterations wow maybe I should stop making 4k images will try a 1920x1080 soon to see if I notice any difference.

it seems though there is some dithering going on to hide the precision loss, i see it very often strangely in these kinds of backgrounds

yeah yeah. Actually there is no "color banding" on my file which i uploaded. But yes i did some color transition (as the banding shape) on photoshop.
That means some quality of lost after upload that caused by photoshop.
I already noticed that but i will fix it tomorrow.. Thanks for the asking. I will let you know, when it's fixed

I removed that transition. But it's still appears on low-res view. But if you view as original resolution it seems clear.. Probably it caused by upload or deviantart's image scaling algorithm is not working well
