download IrfanView its FREE, *legit too

intall normal features ( intall as your default image only display (ALL YOUR OTHER IMAGES ON YOU COMPUTER WILL WORK FINE AND OPEN IN OTHER PROGRAMS AND BE OK I SWEAR IF YOU DO, THEY JUST WILL HAVE THE IRFANVIEW DEFAULT ICON, INSTEAD OF THE PICTURE PENCIL ICON FOR JPEGS. DONT INSTALL IT OVER TO PLAY YOUR VIDEO OR AUDIO FILES, IT DON'T PULL THEM UP WELL. ALSO YOU ARE ABLE TO JUST INSTALL THE PROGRAM AND THATS IT WITHOUT EVEN INSTALLING IT AS YOUR DEFAULT IMAGE DISPLAYER....


ANYHOW THERE'S AN EASY RESIZE FEATURE (LIKE MAKE 2000BY2000 (2mb), to 20 by 20 inch(48kb) (and before hitting to resize, you hit/click the the (proportional) button and you got an avartar (rough made up example.)

good luck. let me know when things are going ok or you tried it out...
