Many thanks for the watch - I appreciate it.

LadyBandra In reply to suckervajs [2015-03-01 01:43:43 +0000 UTC]
It's not! But it is complicated to explain. Basically, it's a fantasy story set in a world we invented, for young teens or thereabouts. There's a snippet of a test-run scene on my page, if you hadn't found that already

I see. So you like fables or parable-type writing?
I enjoy those also. I especially like reading about greek or norse mythology.

Im more familiar with greek mythology. My favorite god in a game is also Thor(Smite) .
Do you have suggestions for norse?

LadyBandra In reply to suckervajs [2015-03-01 20:04:54 +0000 UTC]
Well, to start off, Thor and Loki are my favorite norse gods (no surprises there) and stories about Loki tend to be funny. The one about his childhood is hilarious, if you've never heard of it before.
I'm not sure where you'd find them, but maybe try putting a few books of Norse mythology on hold at your local library?

Well, he's probably a smarter random person than I am, at any rate.
I'm really not a specialist in this sort of thing, I just read whatever I can find and promptly forget the name, author, and any other specifics.
I have the memory capacity of a goldfish. *sigh*

You think you have a bed memory, I forget every name of my teacher in seconds or any other persone.
Some teacher I know for 4 years and I still cant remember shit.
But I have a good memory for things I like-kinda. I still forget a lot - homework, paying stuff, names are the biggest problem, stuff that I dont care about like school....
I think you are still better then me, except if you cant remember names of pepople that teach you for 4 years then you are the same as me. You cant go wors except for amnesia

Oh hey, I have a knock knock joke for you!
Knock knock
(Who's there?)
Amnesia!
(Amnesia who?)
...........................I forgot
xD Sorry, I like bad jokes and terrible puns. Don't hate me.
I have a bad memory for names too, but maybe not quite as much so as yours.
I tend to remember things like music, stories, and faces more than names and dates and places.

I dont hate you I heard wors jokes.
I can remember faces real good but not the names that fit the face...
I never forgotten a face(kinda), but I dont talk to them cus it is quiet embarrassing when you say-
Hey.... I kinda forgot your name. How are you?
My name is ____ you asshole.
Ans then my face goes . hehe

>.< I am the worst ever at starting conversations. I'm homeschooled, but I take orchestra at public school (can't remember if I told you that yet), and I'm mostly just that quiet person in the corner. Even the teacher has commented to my dad about how quiet I am. xP Doesn't do any good for the stereotype of homeschoolers! *sigh*

Homeschoole? Thats an american thing, when kids stay at home.
It has advanteges staying at home...
you dont have to put up with the terrible schooling sistem or the teachers, but you miss out on potential freinds.
I never meet or talked to a person that is homeschooled, how is it? Ho teaches you? What they teach? Can you even go to college(if you want)?

You are right that I do not meet so many people.
Most people I meet through my violin, because of Suzuki being very social.
I am homeschooled, but my mother is not my teacher. I am.
I teach myself. I am aiming to go to a very good college I know of in California, where my mother and father went before me, and it is also near by relatives. I am excited to go, because I will meet many people with my same interests, and of my age.
I still have a few years to wait though.
I think homeschooling has done a lot for me, because if I were in school I would have no time to follow my passion for music and writing, and I sincerely doubt I'd be learning more.

College sounds good. I wont go to college, I cant stand to go a school that teaches to many things, plus I cant stand the classroom any more.
How do you say for last year in high school? I know theres a word for that, I heard it in the movies but forgot. Anyways Im last year of high school and I dont fancy school that much. I think we have to reorganize the schooling system a little.
1. Less of theory and more practice
2. more fun
3. I dont know cus Im not that smart...
