Its in America, but it could mean that sites like dA are shut down just for having things like fanart and stuff like that. Its supposed to 'stop' piracy but it will be implemented in such a way that it will effect other sites as well.

Ohh yeah I read about that! I would actually DIE if they blocked certain websites! I feed off from my obsessions and if I can't catch-up regularly with episodes and such I'll suffer (I'm not even joking).

Its stupid. :/ Did you know that it can also possibly affect other sites like amazon too? I mean think about it, yes they may be selling the items but if one person claims that they (amazon) are copyright infringing then the site can be closed down without any notice.
