Alright im gonna spice it up this year at the Con and make The Tomislav. using PVC Pipe, a bucket for the clip and my dads Handy Man work. Got any suggestions on how to go with the procedure or just wing it? lol

Yeah, I work at the Con and im going to be moving alot so the strap will be perfect. we figured out the most part of the barrel and clip got any suggestions for the Handle and base part for it?

This is where it become time consuming, I made mine from scratch to ensure that they'd look right and be able to hold the weight of the gun, I've only 2 suggestions for the handles.
1. Carve them from wood, it'd take time but its only 4 pieces and they dont seem overly complicated, it would add a very nice look and feel to the gun too.
2. You could get a power washer handle and turn it upside down [link] you'd have to paint it but it woud ensure that the main part of your gun is one strong solid piece. Try to find one that when the handle is upside down it would look like the guns.
Thats all that comes to mind straight away anyway, I'll let you know if I think of anything else.

Hey, Im going to be Cosplaying as Heavy this year at Neko-con, how did you make the bullet belt on Heavy?

No problem, I made a template here [link] for the outer of the bullets, just print one of those templates out on a full A4 sheet. That gives you the outer shell. The top of the bullets are just egg carton bottoms painted yellow, the inside is just cardboard just to give it some structure so that it dosent fold in on itself, and just a cardboard circle painted yellow at the bottom again.
