As noted in the photo - 5 photos for the HDR (-2, -2, 0, +1, +2 EV) and then blended and merged in Photoshop CS3.

Be aware that the night was perfect for clouds: they were low and the light from the surrounding buildings gave them just enough reflected light to be 'right' for the evening.
