I was wondering - you had said that we are able to drag and drop as beta testers but I don't see it 
I was also wondering how many approximately can we send without flooding you

We [the alpha testers] are not sure of the reason why some people can or can not drag and drop. At first it seemed like the issue was only to do with beta testing, but there may be other factors. At the moment, i suspect you must be a full member of at lest one group and a beta tester for it to show. :\
We have a few people on clearing suggestions, only takes 1 of them to vote to approve or decline a suggestion, so the work load at this time is not bad we only have 100 hunters and not all are active. So you can send quite a few, though we are more interested in quality than quantity so more suggestions might not mean more approved favs
