Sweeney todd is awesome- but I am not a huge fan... but anything tim burton and johny depp is pretty darn totin' cool!  But hey- I think 'crazy' is pretty scary.

Heya,

def be interested- but I am not the best at sequential art.   I could def do cover/s, perhaps ink ( as long as it can be done in illustrator), text layout,  and perhaps color-  provided that simple shading is preferred ( not saying I wanna take all the stuff but its an option of diff. things I could help with).   If you don't have to have the same artist for the entire comic, I could do some pages- but the whole thing I think would be too much for me. But yeah, I would love to help with a project!  Would be pretty cool!  Shoot me a note with more info if you are ready to start or anything.

G'Day!

Have no fear, I use as many Artists as I can on each Issue. Issue #2 isn't even complete yet, but I've already had, or am receiving help from close to 60 Artists already on the project as a whole.

And don't fear about the sequential Art - there are generally only 3 to 5 panels per page, so I'm sure you could handle it no sweat.

Let me know what you think and we'll get stuck into finding you a Page or two to get your teeth into!

sounds great!! Yeah, would def be interested.  I am a little on th eslow side with the art- I'll most likely do the page in vector, so it takes time but the results come out good.  So if you post the pages in order- hook me up with a page further away.    I can start sketching right away, but I do want to finish coloring in my piece before really getting into tracing the comic page or I just get upset- I get ocd over my art...LOL!  But I sketch when I take breaks from tracing.    This sounds like its gonna be fun!

i think its a huge file- i can only veiw it full veiw ( click on it) if it still dont work- let me know something went wrong, tho i can see it. Next time i upload it i will make it smaller.

Thanks- i really appreciate your feedback- you are basically th eonly one who is giving me it. Ravage was scanned in wrong at staples- i think they did a black and white scan- i hope sao, b/c i wasnt able to select him like th e others, and h e looked very light and crappy.

The copic markers ar every nice- they are a step up from prisma colors. There are pros and cons to them- pros are they are refillable, and go down slightly wetter for wet on wet blending. Bad news is they are 7 bucks a pop where as prismacolors are only like 4 dollars. Prisma colors i found overall blend a bit better for gradients. All my prisma colors went dry- however, copics wont dry out as long as caps are on ( they will run out then look to be dry) Copics can be a greta way to color stuff in, and you can always lay down one color, let it dry an dlay down another color to 'mix' to get desired color if you dont want to buy another marker.Also- while i didnt do it with these pieces due to time limitations ( and usuing just markers actually came out good) another technique is to go over with color pencils- can really add texture in ( like hair) or you can digitally add stuff in ( i added in the arm shadow for soundwave, and th ered eye for laserbeak b/c i didnt color them in b4 i scanned) anyways- enough ramblings...LOL. I love copics- they are pricey, but they can be a greta medium to work in once you get the hang of it ( you do have to color in on the fast side if you want flat color)

LOL, no prob. Thanks for your kind words too@! I am not done with the characters- i got to ink them by hand too- i got laserbeak done... but still, i am not happy with my SW and LB after seeing yours... but I am going for the G1 feel... bleh... i cant wait to show you th efinal version!

ROTFLMAO!

I dont think i am quite good enough to take that position- most of those shots were lucky shots, and every other attempt to get more like them failed miserably! the trick is- you got to train your snakes to not move... and that is not possible...LOL
tips- use a tripod... the snakes move enough, so you have to keep the camera as still as possible. Also, try not to use the flash- it usually washes out the snake, and sunlight really makes the pics turn out better. the only other tip I have, is take tons of pictures.. chances are, you may have a few that come out ok.
