Oh, it depends what you are interested in, there are so many buildings in this city LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL

If you walk along Unter den Linden and surrounding area, you'll find quite a lot of the old historic Berlin (Staatsoper, Berliner Dom, Humboldt Universitaet, Deutsches Museum, Hedwigskathedrale, Brandenburger Tor, Gendarmenmarkt, etc. In City West there are Schloss Charlottenburg, the remains of Gedaechtniskirche.

Modern architecture is concentrated on Potsdamer Platz and in the government district nearby, Hauptbahnhof...

The reason I love Berlin are the many faces of the city - each quarter has got it's particular atmosphere, cultural and architectural - I always recommend to walk through different boroughs - there are historical and political quarters, multicultural quarters, student quarters, green and natural parts (where you don't think you are in Berlin anymore) etc.

I wish you a good time in Berlin!
