Forgot to upload this, oops! Drawn as a birthday gift for my partner. It's of his young male goshawk, Spike.
I will admit, cool as they are, my soft spot will not be for these guys, but for the Harris Hawks.
I do work with a goshawk though! His name is Thor.
(And like most goshawks, he's a total fruitloop!)

Another beautiful bird of prey drawing, I always enjoy your art of these birds as your feather details and anatomy are always perfect (not to mention I adore birds of prey). I really like the detail of the feathers you drew here, especially the bristles in between the beak and the eye (a nice detail which I think a lot of people miss). The eye looks nice and vibrant, which I like as well. And of course, I'm impressed you can do this with traditional mediums.Β
