FULL VIEW would be nice plskthx :3Shizuka's attacking ninja enemies with her water jutsu!
Obviously she's charging up a crushing wave by pulling the water back and forth. I had to experiment with that pose of hers and I think it turned out really well. Shizuka looks pretty pissed off so I'd stay out of her way if I were you. XDI think the Naruto screenshot I found was at AnimeGalleries.net. Not sure though.
The original screenshot had Team 7, Kakashi and Tazuna in it, but I edited them out, flipped the image and added some foggy mist.

Cute ^^. Since you like the water weaving you should checkout Avatar The Last Airbender! It has water bending and I think it's the western equivalent of Naruto as far as impressive character designs and story are concerned.
