Regulus' sphere of influence is rather...contained, no?
I had fun designing and drawing their school uniforms. I figure, they changed pretty much every year in the films, why couldn't I make up my own? XD haha.

I have to say that Lucius looks like the future politician he is. he has that whole, 'this is our future' look about him, the way he's staring off into the distance and such forth. (*snort* I know I'm totally lame. lol.)
I'll bet the chains on their uniforms took loads of time! O.O
