MAJOR SPOILERS FOR KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC 1..

Revan and Carth all curled up on a bunk in the Ebon Hawk. For some reason I imagined her apoligizing for her nasty ways while he was asleep, the crafty wench. But if it'd turned out that I was some sort of crazy psycho Jedi who'd killed the family of the guy I loved, I'd be extremely angsty and depressed about my past too. bahaha, angst.
Anyway. Playing Knights of the Old Republic 2 made me once again realize how much I freaking loved the first game, especially the relationship between Carth (upstanding soldier companion fella, tags along with you pretty much the whole game) and Revan (player character, turns out she's not just your average Jedi. She's a former Sith Lord ... uh, Lady who pretty much tore the galaxy a new one. And then she got mind-wiped. And it was all such a huge twist and I still get staggered by it, it was so good). They were awesome. I love them. Totally had to draw them the other day.
PS. I love you, Carth!

I like that you remember that Revan was female. I mean, you played KotOR: II, Atton out-right says that Revan was female. It annoys me that they retconned her into being male.
Still, This is a very well-drawn picture. I like the play of light and shadow.

I cried when I found out I was Revan. I literally had to take 5 minutes and pause the game. My kids thought I was wacko.

Hey, same here, buddy!!! I was all like 'oh I'm the good guy, YAY!' And when the revelation came, and the pieces started coming together, I screamed, "I BETTER NOT BE!!!!" And when the mask came off, I screamed, "NOOOOOOOO!!!! I HATE YOU MALAK!!!!" And little did I know that I had an audience... Until I heard a snicker...

I agree with you--the first game was fantastic. The second one...a little lacking in the awesome romantic interest category. It's just hard to beat Carth, you know?
Really, a masterfully done picture. It's going in my favorites...
I love the lighting, it almost gives me a little bit of that "Sin City" feel? Very amazing.

Playing KoToR 2 made me miss the old game too. Mostly because the first game wasn't a buggy piece of crap with a pretentious and unsatisfying storyline like the second game was.
I'm sorry, but KoToR 2 just sucked.

Even though I'm not at all a big Carth fan, in fact, nothing of the sort, this was wonderfully executed <3. I just feel bad I only found it now, a year or so afterwards ):. But I love how you drew Revan's hair, <3 it's awesome.

I just finished the game, and I remembered this artwork immediately. I'm a major Carth fangirl.

The second game is good until the ending. The ending blows. So... if you're willing to put up with that, I'd say it's a decent game.

heh. One part I loved about the game (and was rather spoiled in the second one) was the fact that the NPC's responded a whole lot differently depending on the gender your character had in the game, as well as the choices you made during gameplay.... I finished the game four times (Male-Light, Male-Dark, Female-Light, Female-Dark) and it was a different experience every time...
Interesting how your latest drawings turned out pretty dark. This particular one has a nice "Film Noir" feel to it (or maybe that's just the Django Reinhardt music I'm currently listenig to), but than again the KOTOR storylines weren't particularly cheerful....

Yeah, I just finished KOTOR2, but felt that KOTOR1 held together better.
Both games are fun, but KOTOR1 was much more fufilling.
