I have seen a lof of these, be them from movies, video games and even people that did it with their own OCs. And I thought, why not...Lawful Good: Allastor Darkflame.
Neutral Good: Tavah Moonshire.
Chaotic Good: Melina Frostdawn.
Lawful Neutral: Illidan Darkflame.
True Neutral: "The Watcher".
Chaotic Neutral: Talon Firebrand.
Lawful Evil: Allastor Nightfire.
Neutral Evil: Draik Sharpmaine.
Chaotic Evil: "The Shadow".

I've noticed a lot of these around as well, but never any with quotes from the characters themselves.

There are quite a few. I've seen a few that take quites from actual movies and games, but others simply add a quote that fits the character. It took me a while to figure out would would they say at a certain moment that actually reflected the alignment I associated them to.

the quote from Nightflame reminds me of the evil ending of InFamous "In a place with no law, the strong take what they want, and the weak are their slaves, their playthings. and no one is stronger than me."
