Hey all! I'm really pleased with this. Came out much better than I'd anticipated. It COULD still be better but . . . it was fun to do anyway.

At first, I wasn't sure what to do, but thanks to my aunt Salli I came up with this. She suggested the idea of either a snake or a man tempting a woman with a fruit, or just putting a piece of fruit in the air or a woman's face with juice running down it. This was more up my alley.

So anyway, if yah haven't figured it out by now, this is an entry for the current DeviantArt wide contest, 'Good vs. Evil'.

I love the story of Adam and Eve. Our first mother was very wise in the decision she made - and I will NOT hear any sexist, perverted or derogitory comments about it. If she hadn't made that choice none of us would be alive and we needed to come to this earth.

Still, this is more of a fairy-tale princess type idea. Drawing the snake was very fun. I didn't think your typical anaconda or python or boa type face would do with this guy. They look a bit too elegant to me. But the snakes like the vipers, or rattlers, just look mean and sometimes, if you get an angle just right, they can look almost harmless. I added the mustache to make him look sleezy. woked out pretty good and those devil horns don't hurt much either.

Anyway, done with prismacolor markers, pencils and a little bit of watercolor in the background. Hope you guys can enjoy it! XD
