P/S : i had received many print request for this pic,
Sorry, i will no going to apply it into my print gallery since it is photo-manipulation+matte painting with low solution.
the main resource that i didn't able to credit actual owner and get the permission. This just my practice work.

um well, according to my experience, that's Chinese than Japanese. She wore Chinese Hanfu dress apparently. Japanese Kimono doesn't look like that, especially the Furisode suit for unmarried chicks. So do her makeup & hair accessories. Japanese chicks wear Kanzashi indeed & Kanzashi sets don't look like that. The parasol too. Japanese Kasa or parasol has mostly elaborate ribs & structure. perhaps that's what i could clarify.
