Description This is my contest entry for =XlNanakilX 's "Angel of Light" contest. This is her OC Eleanor

I originally considered having him in the sky among the clouds, but I thought that was a bit too stereotypical so I put him deep in a forest instead.

Wow, when I first saw this I really had to admire it although I hadn't the time to really look and study it. It's beautiful! The muted tones are just wonderfully put together as is the whole composition! It's so peaceful...

And...~hides face~ I swear.... I really had no intentions of copying you on several aspects like the water and reflection, light rays and forest setting. I hadn't even seen this yet while I had my ideas floating around in my head so I apologize. Great artists however seem to think alike so it's been said as I totally agree with ya on the whole cloud stereotype thing. That's probably the case here. I hope you don't hate me. I'll even change my background if you want me to.

Very pretty Love the attention to detail: The reflection in the water, the gentle stream of sunlight coming from the gaps in the trees. Gorgeous, as always. You don't typically use acrylics either, so great job with them too

I don't know much about horses, but it feels like this one's about to tip over :S

anyway I really like the sun shining through, that is just gorgeous, and the colors really go nicely together to create a calm dim atmosphere where the white Pegasus is certainly in the spotlight.

Yeah the tipsy-ness is actually because I scanned it on a slight angle by accident >.< and I'm too lazy to fix it
