Holy wow! You've uploaded a tonne of new deviations!
Wish I was feeling inspired lately. The only thing I'm inspired to do is keep at studying French.

Haha, actually a bunch of those uploads are projects I've worked on in the past. Some more recent, but mostly just because I found and wanted to share them.
New languages are definitely a way to inspire yourself. Maybe pick up some reading material in French that hasn't really been translated into English? The new language and the different stories may very well be the inspiration you need.

Well, I recently read a book in which the author used excerpts of poems by the Lady Marie de France, which was interesting, because everything looked so archaic. I never pondered the existence of archaic french. I'd like to look into it, cept I don't know that my teachers would spend the time explaining anything they knew about it. Anyways, I'm only doing basics at the moment, so I doubt I'd be ready for a text of any sort, mostly coz there are differences in writing and speaking french. Same as in italian, they use egli in writing but lui or lei in speaking, among other differences I don't think I'm ready to pick up on. Gah, I love language!

Have you translated the archaic French into a form that you could read yet? And if so, did it help to inspire?

haha, gotcha. We are just stepping into winter in NY. Oddly enough today was one of the nicest weather days we've had in a while. I was walking around t-shirt for most of it.
Keep creating and learning. Talk more soon.

yeah, when its cold you can keep adding blankets and layers. When its hot out, you can only take so much off before you get arrested.
Right now its pretty cold out though, cold and flu season is upon us. I know I'm coughing up a lung right now, nighquil and dayquil are my friends.

I've always loved this one.
I'm pretty sure, this is the best photo I've seen of it yet.
Did you recently have it re-shot?

Thanks, The image I have on facebook was with my camera at the back of a bar gallery = not well lit. This image is using the scanner I just got, scanning it in pieces then using a panoramic image maker to assemble all the images into one.
Basically it gave me a really good digital image of the piece. I am quite happy with the way the image can be presented now. Soon to go through some of my older larger images and get better quality scans of them to update.
