Something about the face proportions kept snagging me. I initially thought the forehead was at fault but that wasn't it. It's the chin. The nose is drawn slightly from the side, but the chin in front steady - I'm thinking a slight change in the left-side line of the face would solve that. Also, the left-side eyebrow curves a little too much too close. But that aside (since nitpicking is rather pointless here, what with the whole picture having been drawn and finished), I liked the effect you created with the vectors. I know next to nothing about this kind of art, but what I see is a woman that looks quite a bit older because of the pattern of colors and overlaying used. It matches the mood pre-set by the title. Great, earthy style. =]
Just some thoughts.

Thanks for the thoughts. The issues you described are caused by Foreshortening. It's just the angle her head is tilted so her forehead is closer to the camera than her chin is.

Really cool piece, love the cose of reference and the colours, some of the hair is a bit too jaggedy for my liking but overall with interesting texture this is wicked and unique.

Thanks, I am actually going to start experimenting with different ways to deal with hair.

I don't know why I find your style so interesting. XD Hah hah..It's just so cool. I find it neat how you color these things and show emotion in them.
