My bro *CatalystSpark had suggested a while ago I put together a glossary of words Transformers use that differ from normal human lexicon, and ~pika reiterated that I should post something like this for people on DA. So, here it is! I originally started this list in May 2010, and now I think it's finally finished. I included terms for Transformer Biology that are necessary for any Transformer Medics to know, as well as slang, curses, and words in reference to their "religion" and beliefs. This is a HUGE file that spans 1000 pixels wide by 12000 pixels long. O.O HOLY CRAP! Yeah, there's a LOT of info there. XD

94 of the 107 terms listed are canon. As for the rest, 9 appear in canon but are not properly named (if at all), one is implied but not expressly shown, and the last 3 I added either to explain canon events/features or to give a more Cybertronian version of something. The vernacular is not fully complete apparently (I found additional terms I missed) but to add them I would have to split the list into cultural and anatomical terms. This thing is already huge.

The 9 that exist unnamed in canon:
Bio Interface Cable/Port is a canon body part as it exists but was never actually named or defined (seen in G1 when Optimus was giving life support to Elita One, though it was confirmed to exist and partially named in TFPrime)
Cyber Neural System/Cyber Tendril are also a canon body part as they exist but not completely named or defined
Dactyl/Dactylin/Dactylas are real world terms that apply anatomically to Transformers hands more accurately than "servos"
Glossia is another real world term for a feature that exists in canon it's not actually named, it is actively used in the fandom however
Denta is a canon body part not expressly named but the term is real world and accurate by its definition
Nano-Form was added to further define Holo-Form and the feature exists in movie canon but is not specifically named
Ped/Pedes is an applicable term for feet from real world instead of the inaccurate term "bases"
Positronic Core/Net general scifi term used across the board since Heinlein first coined it in his stories
Programming Sets again exists in canon but are not explicitly named or defined, though they do refer to specific programming in canon

The 1 that's implied:
Carbon Nanofiber Polymer Muscles is a real world term that fits in with the bio-mechanical structure of Transformers and is implied in canon but not expressly identified

The 3 I added:
"My Spark to yours" I made up to stand in for "I love you" since it made more sense "canonically"
Nano-Cells/Nano-Cellular Structure is a real world concept applicable to Transformers
Sparkling Chamber is a term and body part I created to explain the source of the pods and hatchlings from the movie verse

One item of note: contrary to TFA's habit of calling EVERYTHING in a Transformer's body a Servo, hands are NOT servos! One of many reasons I greatly dislike TFA, erroneous terminology as well as grotesque designs for the robots (my opinion, sorry). A servo (servomechanism) is actually a motorized joint, so the hand would be a collection of servos (joints), actuators (muscles), support struts (bones), and armor plates (skin), with fluid lines (circulatory system/blood) and neural sensory threads (nervous system). PLEASE do not call their hands "servos"?! That's why I included a more anatomically accurate term for them (Dactyls), as well as for their feet (pedes).
