Description
Looks like Shockyzap has started his training and is practicing using Rockderbolt, his signature move. Being a fossil Pokemon can be a real detriment, but, Shockyzap doesn't care. Rockderbolt is a combination of Rock Slide and Thunderbolt, so he can still hit Ground Type Pokemon without much worry, though the damage is not very effective due to Ground's Resistance to Rock. However, not only does it take a little while to fully charge like Solar Beam, he also tuckers himself out immediately after firing it as if he used Hyper Beam. Needless to say, if it was used in a real battle and missed, he'd lose 80% of his max HP, just like if he used High Jump Kick, however, if it strikes, he loses 20% of his HP, as if he used Take Down. That means the recoil damage is extremely punishing if the user missed, due to the extremely low accuracy.
