Description
Despite being trained to not hunt for food, he still hunts regardless. He'll get it one day, but, his bone-sharp teeth currently disagree. Mentally, he is still a wild Pokemon, learning the ways of being domestic. Sometimes, his instincts control his stomach, leading him to his prey. He attacks with his claws raveously and mercilessly, until they can't move anymore. While the diapers make it more obvious there's an attacker nearby, he hides in the bushes to mask the sound of his crinkly diaper as rustling leaves. He will one day learn that hunting isn't necessary to surviving or maybe he's proving that prehistoric Pokemon cannot contain their hunger pangs and he's the evolved Shinx. Either way, he'll get it one day. Those Rattatas seem to be his main prey. He never leaves uncleaned bones, he picks them clean like he did several years ago when he was registered in the Pokedex. Don't offer him cooked food. He may not eat it, he'd rather eat it raw. Those teeth aren't for show, that are bone-sharp. Teething on rocks long ago, made them tough.

Note: The idea behind his mentality calls back to one of the many stories in the Canalave Library talking about how Pokemon & Humans used to eat at the same table, as well as going into the fact that the bones of eaten Pokemon are picked clean, then returned to the place they originated, to restore the Pokemon. Shockyzap is supposed to be less tame due to when he was born. His restoration in a modern world where hunting isn't normal for Pokemon, doesn't seem to have negatively affected him, but, he's more of the "natural eater". Eating something raw and fresh, rather than cooked. He never had a trainer, which is why he's not used to "cooking" his food. He likes it raw.
