Nice! You never see Grifter. I loved his character way before he was even brought into the DCU.

Love it! He's got a read Deadpool vibe. My first encounter with the character was in Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox where I actually thought he was a Flashpoint Dick or Jason. He's so much cooler than that though!
Any possibility he might get probationary Justice League membership on account of how cool he is!?

My plan is to bring the WildC.A.T.s' entire lineup into Earth-27, charged with their classic mission of defending the world against the Daemonites, which have used their abilities to infiltrate Earth's politics and military. Since only the WildC.A.T.s are properly equipped to hunt down the Daemonites (and their formation is only recent in Earth-27), they're sort of an unknown variable right now and the Justice League are likely to turned against them since the Daemonites could use their influence to paint the WildC.A.T.s as an alien terrorist unit.

Not really, Grifter was still running around for quite some time he was part of the Future's End comic for a long time, aside from Voodoo the rest of the Wildcats did disappear pretty quickly.

It's basically just a bandana with eye holes that he ties around his head.

I get that he's not like most heroes but then most heroes don't have to fear their secret Identity being revealed by a gust of wind.

I don't think he is actually worried about that. He never struck me as that kinda hero.
I think he just wears the mask to look cool.

Fun fact, when the X-Men met the wildcats Grifter asked Wolverine why he wears a mask when everyone has already seen him use his wolverine claws while wearing regular clothes and he answered "plausible deniability" and Grifter said it's the same for him, it doesn't work for Wolverine because very few people can imitate his powers and appearance at the same time but anyone could be under the Grifter mask.

Definitely.
Still If I was him I would have gone for one of those metal masks you see in Army of TWO. But painted red and black. If It can work on Ravager it could work on him.

Not at this moment but I'd like to do the whole founding team (and some of the add-ons) if we get them sponsored.

Could you do your version of Canterbury Cricket (Jeramey Chriqui), and maybe, just maybe, give him a better origin/backstory than I-was-a-con-man-who-didn't-give-a-damn-about-anything-till-Amazons-attacked-and-I-prayed-for-my-life-and-God-or-whatever-turned-me-into-an-anthropomorphic-bug-that-has-tea-and-crumpets-in-his-veins-instead-of-blood?

He was in an elite military unit and got psionic powers, but was mostly an expert marksman with sidearms. He was also quite charing and had little side bets here and there. He became a con-man of sorts after the military, which earned him the nickname Grifter, which is an old school name for a con artist (mostly the three card monte type). Eventually he ran into Daemonites in disguise and with his psionic abilites was able to recognize them as such, which earned him a place on the WildCATs.
