First, I'm in love with the idea here. I've seen many earth spirits before, but none that were actually made of earth (although, it would make the most sense, wouldn't it? Haha). You did very well with the pose and anatomy; she looks very peaceful and somewhat curious to see me. ^^ Here are a few small details that could use some tweaking:
- Her right eye doesn't seem to be looking in the same direction at her left.
- On the topic of eyes, I think she would be more interesting if her eyes were open wider. She looks rather dull as she is; if her eyes were open more, with more light in them, she would appear more intelligent.
- In regards to the background, I like how you only detailed the grass in certain places; however, the ground and the grass don't match very well. I would add a bit more of the bright green from the grass into the earth.
- Minor detail, but trees aren't often that smooth. I would add some blurred lines and shadows and cracks to show the bark.

What a cool idea! I love the mother nature feel of it or maybe like the spirit who watches, guards and creates the trees! The colors really bring that mood to me

The leaves here are just amazing, especially how the bushes in the back are out of focus. The ground in the front looks a bit strange though, how some parts are really sharp and other reeeaaaallly blurry.
But all in all, this is impredicly pretty : D

I'm ignoring the anatomy as it really isn't exactly a human i take it and it has earthly amorphous form that's loosely humanoid it seems to fit your reference somewhat taking in mind it isn't exactly human.
Still i really Don't know why people laze out on grass and use the PS grass blade brush (at least it looks it). It looks tacky, cheap and rushed. Which is funny because you put the time and effort in to the bush hair with some sucsess. Also the ground looks incredibly blurry. I know the back ground and foreground would be less defined but the soil around the characters feet and hands should have some texture. Because as it is now depth is lost. I know It gets a little time consuming and one can get impatient once the figure is done, you wanna be finished. However rushing the scenery can adversely affect the character you have created makeing the effort put in to the figure redundant.
ORIGINALITY:4/5 My opinion really can't count TBH I've played one too many fantasy games and have seen a gamut of earth spirits. It's limbs being what looks like being made of braided grass is interesting somewhat.
TECHNIQUE: 3/5 Would have been 3.5 to 4 if the Scenery wasn't rushed.
OVERALL: 3/5 I see potential just have to put in a bit more effort and be mindful that scenery is as important as the figure.
