-EDIT-Ok, i finally updated the image to the final image that i did in PSCS3. i like it! i hope you do too!
believe it or not, this is a test render. no back story yet, but a concept that i have had kicking around in my head for a while...and i finally have the toys to play with to make the idea an actual render....
composed and rendered in DAZStuido and post in CS3

That is by far the best rainy image I've seen knocked out using Poser or Daz. All the way down to the puddle on the right side. Have you put any tutorials together? I would love to learn some of your techniques.

Love the vehicle designs. Good interpretations. The colours and textures make a wonderfully somber mood.
Suggest some signs of civil disorder, lack of maintenance and/or damage to the background, in keeping with an area *needing* to be patrolled. It's also a bit sterile - some warning or advertising signs, maybe damaged or worn, or garbage (in cans or not), stuff like that could make the scene more alive.
Not sure what function the car has; I was surprised to see no weapons, markings, or external gear, but maybe it's a civilian vehicle, or a special-purpose vehicle with military escort.
The mech design is vulnerable to attack from behind; a remote dorsal turret with an anti-personnel weapon would help reduce this.
