This whole issue was action packed. It was interesting because the scene didnt change so much as we got shots like panel 1 that took place outside and then panels 2-4 that take place inside the MASS chamber. So we dont really know how much time takes place in between each time we "leave" the chamber and come back. The idea is that Helix is fighting off anywhere between 6-10 Cobra vipers and barely hanging on towards the end of this page.

The other cool thing about Joe and working with Chuck Dixon in particular is that I get to learn all this cool stuff about guns. In panel 3 Chuck asked for a specific kind of automatic shotgun that shoots explosive, grenade like shells the same size as a regular shotgun shell. I didnt know this existed....but now I know. SO thats what Helix is barely getting clear off throughout this page and the next.
