Going to say Draw, unless Deadpool pulls that stupid sword that 1 shotted Deathstroke, but yea they're both immortal and 1 can take out the other with special means (Lobo can atomize Deadpool with 1 punch, while Deadpool can just use his ultra killing carbondainium sword (or whatever it's called) to kill Lobo).

I have agree with everyone that said Draw. Deadpool was literally cursed not too die and Lobo's healing factor is just as good if not better than Wade's. I see them going at it until they get bored and go to a gentlemen's club for a beer.
