Sev's hair, I have discovered, is loads of fun to draw when wet (it gets so curly) but also VERY TIME-CONSUMING.

You mean my D&D character? You're not crazy! The D&D character was originally based on my concepts for Jonan of Rusanne, back when I was still developing Runewriters.
Of course, that was years ago, so the D&D character has been through a lot of things -- cursed and turned undead and gained extra powers -- that don't have anything to do with Jonan of Rusanne. They're not really the same guy at all anymore!
But they do still look awfully similar.

Ah I see. I've gotten that before, I looked back on a character as she'd been when I was something to the tune of 14, and at her modern counterpart, and they were insanely different. Partly because of my own development as a storyteller, partly because I'd added things to her backstory that gave her a completely different view of the world. It's very interesting how small a change can make how large a difference.
