It looks like Cyclops is knocking over the fire hydrant because the dogs scared him. Juxtaposition is a strange and subliminal thing... Also, why not make the car a Dodge Diplomat? What an opportunity that would be to showcase a legend! Otherwise, get back to work on page 5!

The car does look an aweful lot like your old diplomat, however I actually referenced a Crown Vic. and changed it up a bit.

it looks good, you have good lighting and shadows, good style, i would just work a little on perspective. my friend uses 2 and 3 point perspective when doing buildings and such, with human figures i am sure its a bit harder. best thing to do is use lots of photo reference to study from. you definitely have a lot of potential. my friend works for Marvel and DC and what he did for years was study perspective drawing and anatomy drawing from grays anatomy books. he studied photos and lighting and anything that pertained to illustration.

thanks! i've been trying to work on all of these things lately. i've been making a lot of progress in the people department, but i definately need to work on backgrounds. thanks for the comments and critique. i really appreciate it!

I love all of the chaos that's going on. It really adds to the whole scene. That boy's future doesn't look too good at this moment, but that cat will have a few more lives!
