I love your take on her! Her face and hair look great! And the colors are really nice as well.
I think the hands are a bit too big compared with her head, but maybe it only looks this way because of her knuckles.

You're right with the hands. I just sketched them very quickly. The drawn version was better, but when I started to paint the gloves/hands I started to see that something was off...but I was too lazy to change anything.
