It's been a while! But anyway.
This is part of a project for one of my classes. Basically my idea was to represent different locomotors/elements of dance by using different 20th century art styles that we learned about in class. So this is inspired by cubism, I don't know if I really got it all exactly right but I still really like the way it came out. This is acrylic on canvas, which is cool because I NEVER paint haha. This may honestly be the first serious painting I've ever done. I tend to prefer dry media but I actually really enjoyed making this one! It definitely put me out of my comfort zone, working with a more abstract style and an unfamiliar medium!
