Thanks a lot. No, I don't use charcoal often. I just finished my first portrait with charcoal but I have to learn a lot of things

Maybe not the most popular, but Xavier happens to my personal favorite X-Man. I was surprised anybody would take the time to draw him in this impressive and hyper-realistic style because he usually doesn't get much love, so kudos to you!

Stunning! Amazing work! My only criticism is that the left eye (right on the picture) looks a bit dead with that heavy shadow. Maybe a small twinkle in his eye would have worked better? I don't know you are the expert here ;D

Maybe you are right. What can I say? I was 'young', the original was as you can see in the drawing, "I ran out of gas! I--I had a flat tire! I didn't have enough money for cab fare! My tux didn't come back from the cleaners! An old friend came in from out of town! Someone stole my car! There was an earthquake! A terrible flood! Locusts! IT WASN'T MY FAULT, I SWEAR TO GOD!!!"
