Description
Drawn for youth group, XLR8. Yeah, we're Christian. Isn't that the most poorly-drawn cross you've ever seen?Feedback received was that he looked like Sid from Get Backers (sister), that he looked pregnant (mother), that double-bladed swords don't belong on youth group flyers (Amanda) and that he looked hot (from several people, actually...).

Just, wow. I'm simply in awe of all the detail and texture in this. I hardly think the cross is crappily drawn, I don't see how he can be seen as pregnant, and I agree that he is hot.

I think they should teach people how to swordfight at youthgroups.
Excellent face... maybe his stomach looks weird, but the angle of the belt fixes things. If the belt was flat it would look like he's shaped like a pear but since it is sloped it just looks like he's not standing up straight

Its prolly just his stance that makes him looks pregnant or having a belly...As always your style has improve tremedously shard! Love the details on his hair and outfit, his skin cold do with bit more details though, notably his hands. Other than that, nice work!

the picture seems to have a mood of it's own! love it, the attitude is great, the clothes are amazing. btw is that hand supposed to be holding the sword. hands seems alittle loose for that. and that cross..

the angle you chose to represent the pose does give him the look of ahving a large stomach, had you angled the pose slightly to the right it would have helped immensly, i undersatnd the piece though. very cool.
