This is a great picture. The girl is trying to use an open book to keep the rain off her head. I'm assuming that it is ink running down her face presumably from the printing in the book. He face is beautiful and is the focal point of the picture. She would probably welcome a raincoat and umbrella.
Books don't actually run like that when they are wet so I suspect that the ink is symbolic. I suspect it represents the death of the printed word in this digital world we live it. Books are tangible, physical objects and digital files aren't. She's warning us about the death of the book.
She isn't showing any curves to distract from the face and book. Her grey eyes enhance the sense of tragedy.

Someone who wonders through the world of literature? I imagine there is an open door between the top of the skull and the pages of the book, through which ink gushes into the mind and overflows. It seems like the literature is not all uplifting, maybe even not all beneficial, but it is the myriad of thoughts and ideas of the human mind... enlightening, if sometimes not helpful. Anyway. I don't know if thats what you saw, but that is the ideas that came to me... very well done!
